Yes. Our dishes are cooked fresh every week before they are fast frozen and packed for delivery.

Why is the food frozen?

Fast freezing quickly lowers the temperature of freshly cooked food to help preserve its flavor, texture, and quality until you are ready to serve it.

Does Oohlam use preservatives?

No preservatives used. The meal is preserved through proper frozen storage.

Is this the same as processed frozen food?

No. Oohlam meals are freshly cooked weekly using real ingredients and frozen for convenient storage.

Can I choose my own dishes, or can Oohlam choose them for me?

Yes. Simply select how many dishes you need per day and how many days you want meals for. We'll create a varied selection from the available weekly menu.

Does the menu change?

Yes. The menu changes every week, so your family can enjoy more variety.

When do you deliver?

We deliver on Sundays only. Pick your delivery window when you build your box:

  • Noon: 11:00am to 2:00pm
  • PM: 5:00pm to 8:00pm
How do I prepare the meals?

Keep the dishes frozen and follow the reheating instructions provided on the packaging.
