Everything you need to know before your first Oohlam order. Still curious? Email hello@oohlam.ph.

What is Oohlam?
Oohlam is a weekly ulam delivery service. We cook home-style Filipino viands in generous family portions, chill them, and deliver them ready to heat so dinner is sorted on the days you don't have time to cook.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Metro Manila. If your address is outside our delivery area, join the waitlist and we will let you know as soon as we expand.
Which days and times do you deliver?
We deliver on Sundays only. Pick your delivery window when you build your box:
  • Noon: 11:00am to 2:00pm
  • PM: 5:00pm to 8:00pm
When do I need to order?
Order by 6:00 PM and we can deliver as early as the next day. Each week has its own menu, so you can order for the upcoming week as soon as it is published.
How big are the portions?
Every dish comes in two sizes: 250g feeds 2 to 3 people and 450g feeds 4 to 5 people. For bigger households we recommend combining sizes, for example 1× 450g plus 1× 250g for 6 to 8 people.
How do I reheat the food?
Transfer the ulam to a pan or microwave-safe dish and heat until steaming hot, usually 3 to 5 minutes in the microwave or 5 to 8 minutes on the stove. No further cooking is needed.
How long does it keep?
Keep your ulam refrigerated and enjoy it within 3 days of delivery. Dishes can be frozen on the day of delivery and kept for up to 2 weeks.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely online. We accept major cards and popular Philippine e-wallets at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can change or cancel an order until the 6:00 PM cutoff on the day before delivery. After cutoff the kitchen has already started cooking your box, so changes are no longer possible.
Do you cater to allergies or dietary restrictions?
When customizing a dish you can flag restrictions such as no seafood, pork, beef, dairy, nuts, or gluten. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so please contact us at hello@oohlam.ph if you have a severe allergy.
